The goal at SRTLLC is to make ABSOLUTELY SURE your AR Rifle functions 100% PROPERLY and RELIABLY every time!

In recent times many AR platform rifles and or components manufacturers have been neglecting to follow either the TDP or are NOT using GOOD Quality Control, and out of spec'ed components are used and causing issues in completed rifles.

You can not afford to have a faulty AR rifle, especially for defense of yourself and your loved ones.

It is unfortunate that the end user or AR "builder" needs to go to great lengths to make sure their rifle is 100% capable and reliable.

SRTLLC is now offering INSPECTION SERVICE for all components as well as complete rifles. SRTLLC will inspect, check, gauge and measure every component of the AR platform rifle. 

COMPLETE RIFLE INSPECTION: $250.00 

(owner responsible for return shipping costs.)

A completely assembled rifle sent for the inspection service will have the following accomplished.

> Test Firing. * (see notes below)

> Function Check. * (see notes below)

> Complete disassembly.

> Each component will be thoroughly cleaned.

> Each component will be carefully examined and checked to ensure the component is within the specifications outlined in the TDP.

> Each component will have the information documented and certified.

> Rifle will be reassembled following the correct specification and procedures.

{ Please understand items such as roll pins, crush washer, castle nut can not be reused, they must be replaced when being assembled. SRTLLC will replace them with mil-spec components. }

> Reassembly procedures will be documented and certified.

> Assembled rifle will be test fired prior to return shipping.

Owner will receive a file with complete listing of each component, the specification and the findings of the inspection.

* Notes:

Test Firing will be accomplished using 10 total rounds of 5.56 full power military ammunition. 5 rounds of M913 and 5 rounds of M855.

If rifle fails test firing, the owner will be contacted immediately for direction.

Function Check will be accomplished following proper function check procedures! If the rifle fails any step in the checks, the owner will be contacted immediately for direction!

INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS INSPECTION: $50.00 per hour

(owner responsible for return shipping costs.)

SRTLLC will gladly inspection individual components. 

Send as many as you wish to have inspected.

Stripped Uppers / Lowers

Buffer Tubes

Buffers / Spring

Barrels

Gas blocks / Gas Tubes

Lower Parts Kits

Upper Parts Kits

Etc.

BCG aka Bolt Carrier Group Inspection:

SRTLLC will not remove the Gas Key from the Carrier for inspection.

The Carrier key will be checked using a reverse torque test in 2 steps.

1st step is at 20 Inch Pounds

2nd step is at 30 Inch Pounds

Should the Carrier key torque fail, the gas key and the screw will need to be replaced.

Replacement Gas key will be a Phosphate coated / Chrome lined

Screws will be either 

> MOACKS 

or 

> Grade 8 TORX screws (very similar to MOACKS but less expensive!!)

SRT will contact the owner for direction on replacement and costs involved.

All components will be Inspected, Checked, Gauged and Measured.

Inspection results will be documented and returned to owner.

Any issues found will be reported to owner for direction.
