Our primary goal at SRTLLC is to make ABSOLUTELY SURE your AR Rifle functions properly and completely RELIABLY every time!

I'm going to speak the HARD TRUTHS and many will not like what I'm stating, but nonetheless I will always be truthful regardless of others opinions.
HARD TRUTHS:
Recent times have demonstrated that many AR rifle and AR components manufacturers have had issues and shortcomings with their products.
Problems and issues have surfaced way too often to ignore.
In my opinion and experience the following things are a result of why the AR is suffering. Here's just a few.
* Not following the TDP when manufacturing components.
* Extremely poor QUALITY CONTROL during manufacturing.
* Using substandard materials in manufacturing.
* Poor assembly procedures by untrained individuals.
* Extremely poor QUALITY CONTROL when final tests and check are conducted.
You can not afford to have a faulty AR rifle, especially for defense of yourself and your loved ones. It is unfortunate that the end user that has purchased a complete rifle needs to be concerned of issues that may arise because of the shortcomings of a manufacturer. And it is also unfortunate the AR "builder" needs to go to great lengths to make sure their AR components are of high quality and to specifications.
SRTLLC is now offering INSPECTION SERVICE for all components as well as complete rifles. SRTLLC will inspect, check, gauge and measure every component of the AR platform rifle.
COMPLETE ASSEMBLED RIFLE INSPECTION: $300.00
(owner responsible for return shipping costs.)
A completely assembled rifle sent for the inspection service will have the following accomplished.
> PRE Function Check. * (see notes below)
> PRE Test Firing. * (see notes below)
> A complete in depth visual inspection will be conducted.
> Complete disassembly.
> Each component will be thoroughly cleaned.
> Each component will be carefully examined and checked, measured and gauged to ensure the component is within the specifications outlined in the TDP.
> Each component will have the information documented and certified.
> Rifle will be reassembled following the correct specification and procedures.
{ Please understand items such as roll pins, crush washer, castle nut can not be reused, they must be replaced when being assembled. SRTLLC will replace them with mil-spec components. }
> Reassembly procedures will be documented and certified.
> FINAL Test Firing. * (see notes below)
Owner will receive an extensive file with complete listing of each component, the specification and the findings of the inspection.
* NOTES:
Function Check: will be conducted prior to test firing.
If the rifle fails any step in the checks, the owner will be contacted immediately for direction!
PRE Test and FINAL Test Firing:
Testing will be accomplished using 10 total rounds of 5.56 full power NATO / military ammunition. 5 rounds of M193 and 5 rounds of M855.
(If you intend to use M855A1, 75 or 77 Grain OTM ammo in your rifle please let me know so I can plan and test accordingly!!!)
PLEASE NOTE I WILL NOT ZERO YOUR RIFLE!!!!

INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS INSPECTION: $25.00 EACH item
(owner responsible for return shipping costs.)
> Stripped Uppers
> Stripped Lowers
> Barrels
> Gas blocks
> Gas Tubes
> Buffer Tubes
> Buffers
> Buffer Spring
> Lower Parts Kits
> Upper Parts Kits
Etc.
Each component will be carefully examined and extensively checked, measured and gauged to ensure the component is within the specifications outlined in the TDP.
Each component will have the information documented and certified.
Inspection results will be extensively documented and returned to owner.
Any issues found during inspection will be reported to owner for direction.

ASSEMBLED UPPER / LOWERS INSPECTION: $150.00 EACH
(owner responsible for return shipping costs.)
Complete assembled upper receiver **
Complete assembled lower receiver
Understand they will be COMPLETELY disassembled for inspection.
> A complete in depth visual inspection will be conducted.
> Complete disassembly.
> Each component will be thoroughly cleaned.
> Each component will be carefully examined and checked, measured and gauged to ensure the component is within the specifications outlined in the TDP.
> Each component will have the information documented and certified.

> Once the total inspection is complete, they will be reassembled per specifications
> Reassembly procedures will be documented and certified.
**NOTES:
ASSEMBLED UPPER RECIEVER:
I will test fire ASSEMBLED Upper receivers prior to shipping at the owners request. Additional $25.00 cost will be involved.
Testing will be accomplished using 10 total rounds of 5.56 full power NATO / military ammunition. 5 rounds of M193 and 5 rounds of M855.

ASSEMBLED LOWER RECEIVER:
I will NOT remove the castle nut of the receiver extension aka Buffer Tube due to factory "staking" unless directed by owner!
Both the castle nut and receiver end plate will need to be replaced. Replacements will be Mil-spec components for additional fee.

BCG / BOLT CARRIER GROUP INSPECTION: $50.00 each
(owner responsible for return shipping costs.)
All components will be extensively Inspected, Checked, Gauged and Measured.
Inspection results will be extensively documented and returned to owner.
Any issues found during inspection will be reported to owner for direction.
Reverse Torque Test:
Please understand a "reverse torque test" will be conducted on the Carrier Gas Key screws. The Carrier Gas key screws will be checked using a reverse torque test in 2 sequential steps.
* 1st step is at 20 Inch Pounds
* 2nd step is at 30 Inch Pounds
Should the Carrier key screws torque fail, (loosen or break) the gas key and the screw will need to be replaced.
Replacement Gas key will be a:
* "To TDP Spec" Phosphate coated / Chrome lined
* " To TDP Spec" sealant between Gas key and carrier
Screws will be either
> MOACKS
> Grade 8 TORX screws (very similar to MOACKS but less expensive!!)
** Properly torqued to TDP spec 58 inch Pounds
** Properly Staked in 4 positions
SRT will contact the owner for direction on replacement and costs involved.
Notes for Gas Key replacement:
SRT will not use or install any Gas Key other than the TDP spec Phosphate coated / chrome lined.
This includes TiN coated, Nitride, Hard Chrome, etc.

Final Information:
I can not stress enough the importance of contacting us PRIOR to shipping ANYTHING!
There will be many details and information required prior for your order to be accepted.
Understand YOU are responsible for the return shipping costs!
Understand that certain items will need to be replaced when disassembly is required, I will contact you with details as needed.
Once you contact us for an inspection order, an email will be generated with all the complete details required for your order.
I am a Type 7 FFL Dealer and manufacturer, you are able to send complete rifles, lower receivers both stripped and assembled directly to me. In turn, I will be able to send them back to you directly!!
Time frame for inspections: 3 to 5 business days.
RUSH orders are available for additional cost.
SHIPPING information:
When you ship........MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER and send that to me asap!
Keep in mind the shipping timeframe, I have no control over that!
YOU are responsible for the shipping costs both to and from!
If you want 2nd day delivery, be prepared for the costs!
Insurance is HIGHLY recommended!
